Jesse Poimboef
Painter
Jesse Poimboeuf is a New Orleans born painter, mixed media, and performance artist. He has lived and worked in New Orleans, Denver, Cincinnati, Lafayette, and New York and currently resides in the country between Arnaudville and Cecilia, on the banks of the Bayou Teche. Poimboeuf received his BFA in 1969 from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and his MFA from Tulane University in 1972. Jesse is currently represented by LeMieux Galleries in New Orleans.
