Tim Howat
Cartoonist
Tim Howat has spend his life pursuing creative outlets that focus on fun and humorous works of art. With a background in Fine Arts from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (USL, really), he was a cartoonist for the student newspaper and in recent years, a cartoonist for a local monthly paper. Much of his visual art creations he gives away for free to others, such was the case of his 2017 "Postcards from Tim" series, in which he mailed out over 150 original pieces of art to his friends and family. With a goal to bring a smile or a laugh to the viewers of his art, Tim's efforts to give away art have reached hundreds of people in the last few years alone.
